Student teaching is the backbone of any successful teacher preparation program. It is the springboard for a sustainable, thriving career in education. In order for the experience to be successful, it takes coordination, cooperation and articulation between the university and the field placement schools. The Professional Development Schools (PDS) network works to foster that relationship. Come to the New Mexico Professional Development School’s annual conference and learn your professional and personal strengths.

The one-day conference will highlight practitioners from across the state and keynote speeches from notable educators such as Dr. Michael Anderson from NMHU and Lawrence Martinez from the New Mexico Public Education Department . Make it part of your fall agenda!
